Our systems of clothing and equipment are simple, functional and innovative; and they offer outstanding performance and excellent value at the lowest possible weight. So we obsess about every detail of every one of our products – from its design to the type of materials and the quality of its construction, to the smallest zipper pull.We seek out unusual materials from a variety of sources, and then combine and apply them in unique ways. We also search high and low for fabrics and materials that are pushing the edge of what is technologically and structurally feasible in terms of strength-to-weight ratios. Watertight zippers, easy-grab zipper pulls, and super-durable 20 stitch-per-inch flat lock seams are just some of the details you'll find in our clothing. We place maniacal levels of bar tacking and x-box stitches in our packs and shelters to reinforce stress points. We even build functionality into what are normally purely aesthetic components.
